Insanity Day 15 – Fit Test 2
Wow, already through two weeks. It has flown by, probably because I’ve spent the majority of the time trying to catch my breath. Quick update on my 2nd Insanity Fit test.
My Insanity Fit Test 2 Results
I improved on about 75% of the exercises and very happy with all the hard work from the last two weeks. I’ve left my Fit Test 1 results in there for the comparison.
Switch Kicks – 131 -> 132 (I don’t think I can go any faster!)
Power Jacks – 66 -> 73 (Really tried cranking these out, I may have lost a little form, need to be more consistent next time)
Power Knees – 95 -> 113 (My right quad didn’t burn like fire this time so I was able to continue without a break)
Power Jumps – 60 -> 75 (Again, didn’t have to stop for a break this time. Slowed down a bit toward the end)
Globe Jumps – 11 -> 18 (I really struggled with these the first time, still hard but I was able to dig deep)
Suicide Jumps – 21 -> 22 (Not sure how to go faster on these without completely losing form)
Push-up Jacks – 28 -> 31 (Wow, still makes the shoulders and chest burn, not a great improvement but an improvement nonetheless!)
Low Plank Oblique – 62 -> 85 (I had a hard time with hip flexor flexibility the first time, a bit more flexible this time around so I was able to move faster).
It’s dang humid here in WI, can’t wait to get back to CA. Definitely time for a recovery drink, I’m drenched!
